On December 2nd, we celebrated the 29th annual lighting of the Norwegian Christmas Tree with family and friends at Union Station. Before lighting the tree, Norwegian Ambassador to the U.S. Anniken Huitfeldt emphasized how this long-standing tradition symbolizes Norway's gratitude for U.S. assistance during World War II. As we celebrate 200 years of organized Norwegian migration to the United States, the event also demonstrated the enduring strength of Transatlantic ties. With
