Ryan Marth, Partner, Robins Kaplan LLP
Ryan Marth advises U.S. and international clients on all aspects of their businesses, including contractual relations, distribution, pricing, privacy, protection of intellectual property, and compliance with U.S. and foreign antitrust and competition laws.
After serving as a law clerk to Hon. Helen M. Meyer of the Minnesota Supreme Court, Ryan began his career at Robins Kaplan, working under the nation’s premier trial lawyers in the most complex antitrust and commercial cases.
Now Ryan continues to use his experience in complex litigation to help clients anticipate business challenges, spot problems before they arise, and avoid conflict and litigation down the road. When conflicts do arise, Ryan has proved his ability to help clients to obtain favorable business results. For example, Ryan was among the lead lawyers for a class of merchants that obtained a $5.54-6.24 billion settlement in an antitrust class action against Visa, MasterCard, and their member banks – the largest such settlement in the history of the antitrust laws. He has also obtained favorable results for smaller businesses, including securing the third-largest ever settlement with the City of St. Paul on behalf of a business owner whose services contract the city breached.

Kathrine Myhre, CEO, Norway Health Tech
Kathrine Myhre established the health cluster Norway Health Tech in 2009 and has since then been the CEO of the organization. The cluster is organized as a non-forprofit member organization, focusing on innovation, business creation and international scaling of health companies. Norway Health Tech was awarded the NCEstatus (Norwegian Centre of Expertise) by Innovation Norway’s cluster program in 2015 and received Gold Label-status by the European cluster organization in 2016 and was recertified with the gold label in 2018. Kathrine Myhre has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Oslo in political science and a master’s degree in political science from the University of Reading, UK in 2001.
She then went on to working with innovation strategies and business creation based on novel research from the University of Oslo (UiO) until 2008 - from 2004 until 2008 as the Director of Innovation at Birkeland Innovation (now Inven2), the technology transfer office at University of Oslo. Kathrine Myhre has over the years built a solid network in the health sector, nationally and globally, and is a renowned speaker in the field of health innovation and technology.
Michael Eimstad, VP Sales and Marketing, EpiGuard
Michael is Vice President Sales and Marketing for EpiGuard, and joined the company shortly after commercial launch of the EpiShuttle in 2018. He has previously worked with innovation and entrepreneurship, primarily in the clean mobility sector. Michael grew up in Houston and studied at Cornell University.
Henry Vaage Iversen, Co-founder & Chief Commercial Officer, boost.ai
Henry Vaage Iversen is a Co-Founder and the Chief Commercial Officer at boost.ai, a Norwegian and US-based software company specializing in AI-powered customer interactions. Boost.ai is the inventor of the world’s most complete software for building, implementing and operating virtual agents powered by conversational AI technology.
Henry was instrumental in establishing key relationships with the company’s early clients, helping to cement boost.ai as a major player in the Nordics. Today, Henry continues to flex his business acumen, fostering existing relationships while expanding boost.ai’s vision for conversational AI into new markets. Henry currently splits his time between the company’s Los Angeles and Stavanger offices where he leads boost.ai’s global sales team. Henry holds a Master’s Degree in strategy and management from the University of Stavanger.
Kyrre Lekve, Managing Director, Simula Research Laboratories
Lekve was a Political advisor (2007-2009) and Deputy Minister of Research and Higher Education (2009-2012) in the Stoltenberg II Government of Norway. He has been the assistant director (2013-2015) of NIFU Nordic Institute for Studies in innovation, research and education and political advisor (2004-2007) in Abelia, the business association of Norwegian knowledge and technology-based enterprises within the Confederation of Norwegian Business and Industry (NHO). Lekve holds a PhD in Biology (Marine Ecology) from the University of Oslo.
