From October 5-15, the Draken Harald Hårfagre Viking ship was docked at The Wharf in DC. Nearly 22 000 visitors experienced daily exhibits, deck tours and screenings of the Draken documentary. Visitors and guests also had the opportunity to marvel at the stories from crew members who participated in the ship’s long journey across the Atlantic Ocean.
The week was also filled with events and seminars organized by the Norwegian-American Chamber of Commerce Mid-Atlantic, the Norwegian-American Defense Industry Council, and the Royal Norwegian Embassy. See pictures from the visit here
